Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

All Haunted Fembot items are printed to order. This means each item is custom-made just for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Because of this, we are only able to offer returns or refunds in cases where there is an issue with the item itself. Please review the policy below carefully before requesting a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Haunted Fembot will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color
  • The printed graphic is misaligned, peeling, skipping, or otherwise defective
    (Photographs are required. Please keep the tag on when photographing misprints.)

Sizing Issues

Because every item is made to order, we do not offer refunds for size exchanges.

Returns for Other Reasons

We are unable to accept returns on non-defective items, including those ordered by mistake or in multiple sizes. This includes cases where:

  • Multiple sizes were purchased to try on
  • The customer changed their mind
  • The Post Office marks an item as delivered, but the customer claims it has not been received (I am happy to look into this sort of issue, but it is up to the customer to file a claim with the shipping provider and forward a copy to Haunted Fembot before a replacement is sent.) 
  • The item is otherwise undamaged and as described

Because our production is made-to-order, refunds on non-damaged items result in a financial loss and are not accepted.

Gift Cards

Items purchased with gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for an eligible item, email hauntedfembot@gmail.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
