1. I joined the rewards program, but I cannot find the rewards I have earned. Where should I go to redeem my points?To find available rewards and redeem your points, go to "Ways to Redeem"
2. How much is shipping on orders within the U.S.?
Shipping is free.
*Shipping is included in the ticket price of every item.
3. Do you carry plus sizes ?
Yes! T-Shirts come in unisex sizes S-3XL; sweatshirts come in sizes S-3XL. There is also a size chart with measurements in the product photos for each item.
4. Do you take returns ?
Haunted Fembot is a small business and all items are made to order. I accept returns on items if they arrive damaged (this include misprints). In which case, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement item. If your item is not damaged and you wish to return it, please reach out: hauntedfembot@gmail.com

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world.
- Canadian orders will be charged a $6.50 shipping fee per .5 lbs (1 t-shirt)
- All other international orders are charged an $8 shipping fee per .5 lbs (1 t-shirt)
6. Do you accept forms of currency other than USD?
Yes! There is a currency changer that looks like a flag in the header of our site. We accept GBP, Euros, CAD, & AUD
